- 60 ml Chopped green bell pepper
- 15 g Chopped green onion
- 1.5 tbsp Olive oil mixed into the dip

Instructions
Preheat and prick eggplant
Preheat a conventional oven to 230°C. Wash and prick 500 g whole raw eggplant and place on an oven-rated tray. This is an oven adaptation, not a promise of flame-smoked flavour. Use the scaled ingredient list for 1–8 servings; step quantities describe the 2-serving base. Halve all ingredients for 1 serving or multiply by four for 8. Keep the same food thickness and use additional pans or batches. Temperatures and first-check times do not multiply. Cup = 240 ml, tbsp = 15 ml, tsp = 5 ml.
